Chase Hahn is an Alaskan entrepreneur and operator focused on solving the workforce challenges facing construction companies today. He grew up in a family construction business and spent most of his childhood at the shop helping wherever he could. In high school, he enrolled in a trade-focused vocational program, gaining early hands-on experience in welding and mechanical environments.
After graduation, he went straight into the field, working in large industrial plants under his family’s company. Starting as a laborer at 18, he spent nearly a decade working his way up to project superintendent—gaining firsthand experience managing crews, running large-scale 8 figure projects, and dealing with the daily realities of hiring, turnover, and labor shortages.
In 2024, he founded a staffing company focused on industrial and construction labor. Within its first year, the company grew to 7-figure revenue without outside funding. During that time, Chase personally vetted thousands of workers and built internal hiring systems that helped reduce turnover, filter better candidates, and run leaner, more reliable crews.

TradeLift was born from that experience — a workforce operating system for contractors. The system combines tools, training, and frameworks designed to help companies hire more effectively, retain stronger teams, and reduce reliance on expensive outside staffing. Where needed, TradeLift also provides direct support to give clients the highest chance of success while implementing the system inside their business.
